When contacting us for support, please note the following points:

• We provide support for our commercial (paid-for) products, including trial versions.
• We cannot guarantee support for our free products, though we will respond as time permits.
• We cannot respond to support requests for third-party applications.
• If you require assistance with Cocoa programming or AppleScript, we provide development services for those technologies, at a competitive hourly rate. We look forward to working with you!
