Support Request
Use this page to send a request for technical support with one of our products.

Important Note: This is a technical support request page. You do not require to have registered
a product to receive support, and you're welcome to ask for support regarding free products. However,
please note the following points before sending your support request:

• We can only provide support for our own products.
• We cannot respond to support requests for Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Entourage,
Adobe GoLive, Adobe LiveMotion or any other third-party applications.
• If you require assistance with AppleScript or JavaScript, we provide development services
for those technologies, but we can't provide free support. We'd have no time left for programming.

If you have a specific question about our AppleScripts, our source code, or one of our tutorials,
we will do our best to respond if we can, but support requests for our products must naturally take
priority. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks especially for all your lovely money.

If you do not want to include certain information, put a space into the appropriate fields.
You must include an email address, or we will be unable to reply.

To send your support request, click Send.
To clear the form without sending, click Clear.

   

Note: Click the Send button only once - even if there seems to be a delay, the support request will be sent.
